Republican Fred Thompson is Evil

Posted on June 5, 2007. Filed under: immigration, news, Team America |

Reuters (via The Boston Globe) reports that U.S. is battling threats from forces of evil (according to Republican presidential hopeful Fred Thompson).

Here’s an excerpt from the Reuters/Boston Globe article:

Republican Fred Thompson, making his first appearance since his late entry into the 2008 White House race, criticized the immigration pact in Congress on Saturday and said the United States was battling threats from “forces of evil.”

Here’s some of the drivel spouted by Fred Thompson:

“There are all kinds of threats out there in America…”

(Apparently, he means the lower classes, the working poor and immigrants of color)

“This is a battle between the forces of civilization and the forces of evil and we’ve got to choose sides,” Thompson said.

(Yeah…WASPs are civilized and the working poor and immigrants of color are evil… Don’t tell me you didn’t know!)

“This is our home and we get to decide who can come into our home,” he said.

(Fred Thompson would probably love the idea of a color-coding system for the lower classes, the working poor and other “undesirables.” What a Neanderthal! Fred Thompson is a racist, Neanderthal caveman!)

[…] Former shoe salesman/truck driver/factory worker Fred Thompson is a narrow-minded bigot. Of course he doesn’t think that the United States of America needs to apologize for anything. Speaking on the topic of immigration last month, Fred Thompson spouted drivel like: “This is a battle between the forces of civilization and the forces of evil and we’ve got to choose sides…” and “This is our home and we get to decide who can come into our home…” […]
