Seung-hui Cho (AKA Cho Seung-hui) did not grow up in a vacuum. It is said that the 23 year-old was isolated, that he was a loner and that he was mentally ill.
Instead of placing 100% of the blame on Seung-hui Cho, much of the blame must rightfully be placed on one or both parents.

What really bothers me is that Cho Seung-hui was able to purchase one of his guns online. Not only that, he was able to purchase guns even though a judge had ruled that Cho Seung-hui was mentally ill and posed an imminent danger to himself.

The news headlines are placing emphasis on the fact that Cho Seung-Hui, the imbecile who gunned down a classroom full of Virginia Tech students, is a South Korean immigrant.
