A blogger who calls himself The Toddler wants to start a virtual commune of people who earn a living online. It’s not a new idea, but the guy sounds sincere…he doesn’t sound like a parasite who is just out to make another buck.

Big Brother Toughens Passport Rules

AP reports (via Yahoo News) that new passport rules start January 23rd.
